- Create an account with California Energy Registry (Formerly CHEERS) or CalCERTS Inc. . If you already have an account, go to step two.
- Complete Project Submittal Request with Energy Intent and you’re done. We will contact you and then schedule a testing appointment directly with the homeowner. Certificates will be emailed to you the day of testing.
